By accessing or using CatMate at catmate.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
CatMate provides online mock tests, previous year question papers, and analytics for CAT and XAT exam preparation. The service includes:
You must sign in using a valid Google account to access most features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with others. CatMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on CatMate — including question text, explanations, UI design, and code — is the property of CatMate or its licensors. Previous year questions are sourced from official CAT/XAT papers (which are in the public domain) but our explanations, formatting, and categorisation are proprietary.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CatMate content without written permission.
We make every effort to ensure that test questions, answers, and explanations are accurate. However, CatMate does not guarantee that all content is free of errors. If you spot an inaccuracy, please report it and we will review it promptly.
CatMate is a practice tool and is not affiliated with IIM, XLRI, or any official CAT/XAT conducting authority.

In no event shall CatMate's total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of CatMate after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CatMate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
